I used to get a picture postcard from the Chesterfield Kings every Christmas, tracking their ever changing image. One year they'd be the Rolling Stones circa December's Children; another year they'd progressed to the Rolling Stones circa Sticky Fingers. One time they scared me and morphed into the Beach Boys circa Surfin' USA!
